Crémants :

The "crémant d'Alsace" is elaborated in the traditional sparkling wine method with pinot blanc and pinot noir and is ideal for aperitifs, celebrations and parties.

cremant1.pngCrémant d'Alsace Méthode Traditionnelle : The bubble is fine and persistent. The bouquet reveals notes of lemon, fresh nut, and buttered. The balance on the palate marks the palate of a subtle compromise between righteousness, delicacy and sweetness. Long aerial finish with a fine mineral bitterness (6 g / L dosage). 50% pinot blanc and 50% pinot noir (giving it much character and body). 15 months "prise de mousse".
