Grands Crus :

The Domaine owns 2 Ha (5 acres) in the famous Grand Cru Eichberg and Grand Cru Pfersigberg located on the sunny slopes between Eguisheim and Husseren les Châteaux. This line of wines brings more structurized and complex aromas and flavours coming from over ripened grapes.

gcpriesling1.pngRiesling Grand Cru Pfersigberg : The typical riesling taste of minerals and soil are very present, this wine still awaits its big opening and needs to be kept a little more. Contrary to the other rieslings, it has kept 8g sugar, which gives it a pleasant balance.
gcpgewurzt1.pngGewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg : The Grand Cru Pfersigberg can undoubtedly be considered one of the best Alsacian terroirs for the gewurztraminer. A beautiful Gewurztraminer Pfersigberg shines above all by the brilliance and purity of its fruity, on a register of exotic fruits predominantly. The structure in the mouth then plays on elegance, freshness and controlled power.

Food pairing:
Aperitif, it also accompanies spicy cuisine, tajines or desserts made from exotic fruits, roquefort or other cheeses such as munster.
